Registration Fee:

$175 for physicians and $75 for trainees. Tuition includes Friday night reception, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday. Additional fees will apply for other meals and activities. Written cancellations should be received by TAPF at least 1 month prior to the program and will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee.


Guest Registration:

Guests not attending the educational program can register to join the Friday night reception, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday. Registration is $100. Tickets will be issued for all meals at the meeting.


Attendees should register by June 15. Late registration will increase to $225.
